Kroger Bakery - Forest

The pickup experience was awful. There were major issues with my order! They didn't acknowledge the problems despite it being 45 minutes away.

I used to love the Kroger in the Forest, but after encountering two issues with my prescription, I’m reconsidering my choice. First, the pharmacy didn't provide the full amount for my 90-day prescription; they shorted us a box. When we noticed the mistake, my husband went back to explain the situation. The staff member who assisted him was positive and helpful at first, but when they realized the error, they simply handed him another box of medicine without any apology or acknowledgment.

I really appreciate a good sale! Here’s what I picked up: ground beef, lamb, and bison—all at a great price. I'm so grateful I don't have to pay full price or drive an hour to a place that has outdated items. The restaurant offers plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly.

We prefer Kroger, by far, over other non-specialty grocers, in the area. Excellent selection, good deli, decent meat counter and frozen section.

This store is very clean and fully stocked and the workers are very nice.
