Los Pinchis Burros Percherones, Dogos Y Tacos

I needed to get a burrito on burrito day and we went to the Zesti carts so everyone could get what they wanted. I went with the Sonorense. Sornoran style is a bit different than what I'm used to, but it was delicious. Mozzarella works. I did like the fresh made tortilla. I was disappointed with the amount of fillings though. Seemed a bit skimpy for the prices. The accompanying salsa was good, but I really liked the sauce that also came with it.

Where do I start. Im mexican I live all my life there and have tried almost all of the mexican food in oregon. But this is something else its a 100% mexican food hand made everything so food has the taste and quality its delicious. Service ill give it a 10 staff super friendly and great attitude and you dont see that on mexican food trucks here. Keep up whit that work ??

I had Birriaquesadillas with rice and beans. The meat had a spice flavor (cinnamon or cloves) that was not good. The rice was a bit dry and the beans were plain pinto beans.

Sonora Style Mexican food(cool history, worth looking up). I ordered a carne asada taco and a carne asada burritos that were really good. Fresh flour tortilla for the burrito and fresh corn tortilla for the taco followed by a molcajete style salsa that has a nice char taste. Def will be coming back.

One of the best mexican food in oregon if not the best. i travel a lot to eat and taste whats out there and this food truck has everithing flavor good service and very clean. if you want to try real mexican food this is it
