Buffalo Wild Wings Forest Hills

This place has closed without warning. I tried an online order by the app on 10/27/20 bogo Tuesday. it would not go through, so I called and was told that they ran out of wings. I returned on Thursday 10/29/20 and found this sign on the door. Today shocked and confused as they have never shown a sign of closing.

Never have I ever had to scrape the .60 cents cup in which I received my sauce in. If you’re going to charge me for sauce, best believe im expecting enough sauce to finish ALL of my wings with, not a third of them.Only reason I didn’t go lower is because the wings were actually good.

Outstanding customer service by the young lady that answers the phone . She goes above and beyond to give great service ! Food was on point !! Will order more frequently !!

Another place that can't my order right. Unfortunately this company as a whole has a problem getting the orders right. I needed a manager to edit my order personally where he overcharged me, ONLY TO RECEIVE the wrong order anyway. Such a shame. Check your food before hand with this company overall. Such a shame none of the locations can get the right order to their customers. I've had similar experiences at 3 other BWW locations.
