Feedback gevenThe worst chipotle I have ever been to in my entire life. Terrible service and the food is not properly cooked. Been here twice and both times it was complete trash. Never again.
The food is absolutely amazing, all of the burrito baristas that I have interacted with have been pleasant. However, they have a difficult time keeping the place clean and staffed. Way too often, have I showed up and been greeted with a sign taped to the door stating only online orders due to staffing . It doesn 't matter, I will still show up every week, the food is too doggone good!!!
Some of the slowest service I have ever had while visiting a restaurant. I walked in right at open and it took 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was standing there.I was there with my kid who had to listen to the music that was clear enough to hear every swear word.There was clearly new staff working which I have patience for but when it took another 10 minutes to get a person to run the register who knew what they were doing I almost walked out and should have.This was not a staffing issue, I was able to see 7-8 employees “working”. I guess it takes more then that to run a Chipotle.I hope the North Branch Chipotle can learn from some of these reviews and provide better service.
I was ordering in restaurant today Tue Sept 21st. I had a large order. The woman that helped me was working the whole counter. She was excellent and so courteous even though several people came in and lined up behind me. She needed help and was becoming stressed with the line up but never lost her cool. Great employee!
Food has never been an issue. What is an issue is waiting in the chipotlane for now over 30 minutes when the food is apparently ready. They serve 1 vehicle every 10-15 min. How is that possible if the food is ready?! We need another chipotle up north.
