Starbucks - Forest Oaks

The barista on the drive-thru today needs to have better customer service. She was not friendly at all sounded like she doesn’t like her job. The way she was taking the order, she sounded very frustrated just to be working no smile at all. I definitely didn’t want to tip her with that kind of attitude. If you can’t be friendly or show good customer service, why bother working at a drive thru.

The batista was very unwelcoming. I asked to add on 2 cake pop at the drive thru window at 6 pm on a rainy Wednesday, the place was dead, I was the only car and I was told I cannot do that. I literally asked her if I needed to drive all the way around the store to reorder again, which they made me do. Highly inconvenient and super entitled
