Charlie's Forest Park

Had a very nice breakfast with out of town family. We were a party of 7 and got seated immediately. Service and the food were both very good and everyone was happy.

Very quick service. My corned beef skillet was good.

Great local place. Not to far from Hinze VA hospital

Stopped in with my best friend's brother after making preparations for a wake. Lunch was delicious but felt rushed as they were closing in an hour an 1/2. Not cool and for that reason, probably won't be back.

I live locally and will not be going here again. I enjoyed the small diner feels and fast service. However, the waitress was over worked and very abrupt. Didn’t check on us once after getting order. We felt rushed. I ordered steak cooked medium and got well done. I ordered cube hash browns and got stale shredded hash browns. The waitress seemed very busy and I was super hungry so I just tried to enjoy my meal. The what I assumed to be the owner sat there watching the waitress struggle and didn’t even bother check on neglected tables. I told him about over cooked steak and wrong hash browns. He just looked at me like I was stupid for complaining. Didn’t offer any compensation for their poorly prepared meal. I ordered the most expensive meal on the menu you think they would take extra care on preparing it. I won’t be going back here. Such a shame because I live close and would be a great customer.
