Feedback gevenI am a paying customer, I pay for eating and great customer service. myhuh was hard like a brick, paid for 3 pcs white, get hard chest and two legs. the next day I order 3pc two wings and one at a time. they get two small party wings and a chest as big as their hand. Come on, you have to do better.
Eat in the regular ok, but the last couples were too hard fried no meat left. skin too hard nut near it cannot chew. they are always made of simple things like hot sauce on a chicken stable. jonesboro rd forest park it is already a battle because of the way the parking lot built as far as the drive thru angle geesh. but the people are always kind and is apologetic for the things they don't have.
That's a long post because of my long waiting period. So I drive at 10:04 clock with 5 cars in line and 1 wait for food. there were 3 employees who had a hammer) and not a chicken, so we expected to wait. we come to the window at 10:33 to place an order and after the order was said they only have 3 legs and 1/2 atn as really.) I didn't want to write out, but they wanted to calm down, but they were said to close. I also had others who ordered a meal but wasted for 30 minutes for nothing. after hearing the worker laugh and joke as they do not cook because they close, we have gone. there were 3 cars behind us so I don't understand why money and customers lose when they clearly seen the long.
Very bad quality of the workers the whole group. rude and on the phone in register and became mad when I asked for a diving sauce and I disturbed her sms. you were fighting chickens and drinking a drink. the young, short, fat, black girl was the most rude and loudest and the prizes not even as advertised on the menu. sighn says 7.50 for 5 pieces delicate eating. came to 7.99 and then added 50 cent for LG drink that I was not asked about it rude and loud when asked and said good, that is the price. they only need new workers who actually do the job. oh and now cook the girl huh are there eating a biscuit just unprofessional and they are stuck.
I have no calls with churches I mean you know being in the quote unquote Hood it was a great experience the waitress she was very very nice and cordial she was quick to take my order and quick to get it out to me she even made substitutions for things that they may not have had ready at the time and didn't overcharge me just compensated the order that she couldn't fulfill completely with something else
