Great family restaurant! Whenever I'm in the area, I always eat here. There is plenty of room for social distancing and the staff thoroughly sanitated the restaurant. Eating is always delicious, and the portions are generous. The broth is always a really nice hot/hot temperature during the meal. I know other restaurants whose broth cools very quickly, but this is not the case here. I'm looking forward to coming back. Please support your local companies!
I came to dinner on Sunday, and my experience was quite consistent with what you see in many other reviews: very family-owned, perhaps not so strictly cleaned as a popular/professional restaurant, fairly slow service (with the rest of the English-speaking family help on Sunday when you 're shy about the need to show on the menu and smile, but not unfriendly. We tried to eat relatively easily, so for two people we have the spring rolls, egg rolls and the Gôi tôm ngó sen n Lotus snow mushroom salad with shrimp (and pork as it turns out). The spring roll was fresh and well joined, the egg roll was crispy and hot and fresh (if you never had a Vietnamese egg roll, it is best with lots of salad and herbs try to ask for something extra! And the lotus mushroom salad. It was so full of taste and filling, but not heavy, and juicy even, and it was just a pleasure to eat from beginning to end. I could go back for it. It seemed a fair amount of take-out business, so the way to go. Order from the airport and get it on your way home. Edit: I went back and this time we got the egg roll (again, V removed N shopping cart Chao (Duck noodle soup with curbean sauce and the dry Hċ Tiu Khô (White noodle with shrimp, pork, fishball and beef ball). The Hċ Tiu Khô was quite solid and well prepared, definitely no complaints there. The egg rolls weren't as good as last time (a little less pig? but still excellent and well roasted. The V.Capt N.A. Oh, my God. It's like a nice, deeply eaten bully, but BETTER as most. Instead of the straight enough that you get with a lot of ramen (I look at most American toncottus, it has a beautiful savory radio in the broth that is supplemented by the diving sauce they will give you. The duck is tender, without being mehligious, and even despite its stuffed texture keeps on its taste of the broth of a good strong marinade. Updating this review because it is THAT good, and honestly a little because of rating inflation in Google. I've got to get used to my favorites.
Great place! Check the hours of operation before going, are closed too soon due to short employees
Authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Service is a bit slow but everything is made to order delicious. It's like a wonderful home cooked meal. The Vietnamese Ice Coffee is spot on.
