Cafe 10 - Forfar

An excellent cafe during the day and an even better bar during the evening! I have sampled the full range of vegan goodies this wonderful place has to offer and can highly recommend them all. The afternoon tea is excellent value for money and you certainly won 't leave hungry! I have often struggled to find somewhere that will offer a decent vegan spread but this surpassed my expectations and then some! The biteboxes are much the same, as they will stuff you to the brim and ideally serve anywhere upwards of 3/4 people, whilst the daily cakes on offer are very clearly handmade and not store bought like a lot of the other establishments in the town perfect for washing down an oat milk latte. In the evening, the selection of alcoholic beverages on offer is second to none and the 'rocktails ' are a particular favourite of mine! Get yourself to Bar 10 in Forfar for a great day /night out!

I have often tried to find somewhere that will offer decent vegan spread, but this surpassed my expectations and then some! the bite boxes are much the same as they fill you to the edge and ideally serve everywhere up from 3/4 people, while the daily offered cakes are very clearly handmade and are not stockwashed like a lot of other farms in the city perfectly. in the evening the selection of alcoholic drinks in the offer is equal to zero and the rocktails are a very special favorite of me! get them to the bar 10 in forfar for a great day / night!

We stopped by this restaurant while visiting our daughter who lives nearby. It's always a treat to find vegan options. The place has a lovely atmosphere, even during the daytime, with immaculate decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were no cakes available to accompany my hot oat cocoa drink, so I'll have to come back another time.

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by a sophisticated atmosphere and pleasant music. The staff was welcoming and the vegan cake was clearly marked. I ordered a vegan tray bake and an oat latte (oatly barista) to go, which only cost me £3.50 - a great deal for a cake and coffee. The only thing I would have liked is if they offered lunch options and food without needing an advance order. However, I can't fault them for that as I should only judge based on what they currently have available, and what I tried was delicious!

What a lovely small independent café bar! It is very clean and welcoming with a cool interior. I enjoyed a fantastic oat latte with a delicious lemon pistachio treat, which I believe was a new recipe from the baker that day. The menu offers a variety of vegan options including scones, cakes, cookies, and tiffin. Takeout is also available. I observed some well-dressed customers enjoying afternoon tea, and they looked fabulous, so I made a reservation for November. The atmosphere is beautiful, but reservations fill up quickly so it's best to plan ahead. I also booked a "bitebox" for myself and friends in September, which is a box filled with tasty snacks to enjoy with a drink or cocktail, of which they have a great selection. I am pleased that they offer vegan options and support local businesses.
