The staff was incredibly unprofessional and displayed a significant lack of customer service skills. It was quite shocking, to say the least! Lately, I've had to double-check my orders because there is always something missing—without fail.

There's nothing quite like enjoying a hot bagel in the morning! The cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and butter is fantastic. Their bagels with egg and cheese, as well as the pork roll and cheese, are also delicious. Being located right on Lacey Street makes it super convenient to get what you want. They have fresh bagels every day, and the staff is wonderful!

We decided to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, my girlfriend and I ended up feeling very sick after eating the turkey bacon. We’re not sure if it was old or undercooked, but it really spoiled our day. Besides that, the bagels were just mediocre, and the cheese was quite disappointing. It tasted like a pre-packaged cheese sauce, similar to what you’d find on nachos.

I bought an everything bagel with butter on my way to work. I open it up and there was a smear of butter on 1/2 of a half of the whole bagel and it was more like a plain bagel, there was very little seasoning on it
