So the science in the kitchen and the art of eating well considered as the first book of Italian recipes. in its native city, forlimpopolis, this gastronomic center is approached to the gastronomy of the whole world, based on these traditional recipes. it is not very elaborate but the basics of Italian cuisine are so. we did the course to learn how to make pasta of piadina, a traditional bread that is used to accompany local products such as ham, vegetables. etc... you don't need to tell you that as we ate, right?
