Dairy Queen - Forney

The steak finger basket combo was good, but the cashiers need trainings as to scan the mobile app so that customers can get points. After I had waited 5 minutes and no manager showed up, I told the cashier that he called me because I didn't want to hold the line. I would have spent a few dollars to go to chili’s. (this was at the new place)

The customer service is very disappointed. they do not follow the deals/coupons on the website when they asked to speak with manager, they were very rude and not even trying the deal in the what was listed on their website!

Absolutely love dairy queen if they are looking for something to munch, definitely stop here. its a must! the people are so friendly here! they also have a good customer service, and I never had a thing gone out of my order. love it!

Always kind and have never got my order wrong. serves chocolate soft serve! has found out that not all dq’s do.

I come here quite often and I get the same thing every time. I normally get a dipped sundae in a bowl with vanilla ice cream. I received a medium size cup but a baby size ice cream. I was pretty upset that I paid more money to get more ice cream and didn't receive what I paid for. This is not the first time this had happened. I'm going to have to stop coming to this one.
