Panera Bread - Forney

Great food and service! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the quality of the food is top-notch. I highly recommend the macaroni and cheese and the Caesar salad; both are excellent!

As a chain, I've had negative experiences at other locations, but never at this one. The staff is consistently polite, professional, and very helpful. The food has always met my expectations and remains reliably delicious every time I visit.

The staff inside, however, were much friendlier and provided the warm, welcoming service I've come to expect from Panera, which was a pleasant contrast. As the saying goes, "one bad apple spoils the bunch," and that's certainly how I felt about my experience here. The careless attitude of those two employees set a negative tone for my visit, making me hesitant to return in the future. Regarding dietary restrictions, they offered plenty of modified options to accommodate various needs. The parking was more than sufficient for the size of the location, and it was quite kid-friendly as there were many choices available that would appeal to children. Additionally, there were several accessible parking spots, even during busier times.

I love it when I order food to be delivered and pay for extra chicken to get no extra chicken and for my wife’s salad to not come with any dressing. Awesome. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I've been to every Panera in the DFW and this one is definitely top tier. I come by either in the morning or lunchtime after I get off of work and I'm exhausted and half dead going through the drive through and the girls that work morning/mid shift are amazing ? The food and Charged Lemonades are always amazing and the staff is super nice and friendly.
