Feedback gevenMiss Beatrice in the auto center went above and beyond. I was in need of RV tires since two of mine were going bad. I arrived at 6:55 pm, they close at 7. She not only took the time to look if they had the size tires I needed, but also set things in motion for me to get my tires changed. Ezra and Jamarrius both super nice, changed my camper tires. I was on my way home to Texas from Illinois. I thought I was going to have to stay the night in the parking lot until 7 am the next morning. But Beatrice, Ezra, and Jamarrius made it possible for me to make it home to Texas without any interruption. All three of these employees should be rewarded for going the extra mile for a complete stranger. This is the type of customer service that most people only get to read about, but I was lucky enough to see it first hand. Thank you again to Beatrice, Ezra, and Jamarrius at the Forrest City, Arkansas #91 store for taking the time to help a stranger out, it will never be forgotten.
Not enough variety to choose from was looking for insect repellent (deep wood off)
I'm not a fan of walmart in Forrest City. Not in the slightest. They have a store full of workers, nothing on the shelves, at the least the staff is friendly though. All self checkout, one or two actual registers open. Not to mention they don't take cash, they constantly say they have a cash shortage or change shortage which no other store within this state has that problem, so I don't understand that. Just go to Wynne Walmart. It's better. They always have shelves stocked, they always take cash. And the price are better at Wynne walmart, to anyone that's reading this Wynne is about 10-15 minutes down the road.
Jahna (spelling) in the auto center was the sweetest!!!! I had a blow out, they didn't have my size but she told me exactly where to go to get help! I was back on the road to California very quickly! She was amazing!! Such a kind and beautiful smile.
I'm disappointed. I returned ink cartridges. The package indicated exactly what my printer uses. When I placed the cartridges in my printer they were incompatible. I returned them to the store. I had a receipt showing I had purchased them there. They said We're sorry ma'am but they're non-refundable because they have been opened. I said you do realize they were $48 and I can't use them. The clerk said sorry ma'am it's just our policy. I said WELL YOU KNOW I AM LEAVING HERE A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
