TGI FRIDAYS - Ft. Smith - Fort Ann

We arrived with my reservation for a party of 8. While the prices were a bit on the higher side, the food was fantastic.

Valentine's Day, nothing spectacular, but it's a Friday so not expected much anyway.

Our group waited for an hour to receive our food. Each time we asked the waitress, she told us that they were overwhelmed in the kitchen and did not anticipate the busy rush, especially on New Year's. We were even more frustrated when we saw four other tables who arrived after us receive their meals and leave before us. We were not offered any discounts or compensation for the long wait. We were extremely disappointed and do not plan on returning.

I was very surprised with the meal. Much better than I remembered from the past. Service was very friendly and punctual. Great work!!!!

We loved the ambiance, the food was excellent quality, and our server was attentive and informative.
