They are always closed when the hours say that they are open.

The staff was friendly, and the frozen yogurt along with the toppings was excellent! There was a good and fair variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. I tried the taro, cake batter, and coconut flavors, topped with strawberries and caramel, and it was amazing. I would definitely come back again!

I had a very unpleasant experience at your restaurant. The smell was quite off-putting, and the equipment handles were sticky and unclean. I noticed that your staff was not wearing masks or gloves, which is concerning. It seems like hygiene is not a priority, and I wouldn't be surprised if the place hasn’t been health inspected in a while. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience. The customer service was lacking, and the cleanliness of the establishment was questionable. Employees were handling cups without gloves and didn’t take the time to wash their hands after handling money or using their personal phones, which they were constantly on.

Every time I visit, the staff is unfriendly. They don't greet customers and spend all their time staring at their phones instead of attending to visitors. During my first visit, I felt lost and received no guidance or assistance from the employees, who didn't offer samples or explain the pricing. Additionally, there's an unpleasant sewer smell as soon as you walk through the front door.

PLEASE EXTEND YOUR HOURS!!! Closing at 6 PM during the summer is absurd!!
