Food is decent but the service is bad. 20 min wait at the drive through to find out my order isn’t correct even after she said back my order and price. When I tell her the order is wrong she simply responds “ I didn’t get that “ even though she said my order back to me 15 min ago. This Popeyes is lacking in competent management.

Closes at 1700 apparently. Website says 2000, the front door says 1800. Neither are accurate.

Employees were rude and locked doors at 5 pm on a weekday and we were told they were out of nearly every item. Is Columbus just full of rude people working in the service industry??? Seriously some of the worst people I’ve encountered while ordering food.

Food was awesome, just frustrated with the long wait at the drive thru.
