Feedback gevenI ordered a caramel brûlée latte and a hot chocolate. The caramel brûlée latte had very little coffee and they mistakenly gave me a bitter dark roast coffee instead of the hot chocolate I ordered. They refused to exchange it or correct the mistake. Additionally, they would not allow me to use the scan to pay Dieucks app.
The service was quick but unfortunately, when I ordered a chocolate chip mocha Frappuccino, I received a plain mocha Frappuccino instead. I almost didn't accept it, but I realized they may not have heard me properly due to the mask. I didn't enjoy the drink at all, so I ended up throwing it in the trash as it lacked any mocha flavor.
The restaurant practices social distancing, but I find it unsettling when looking inside at the messy coffee counter. They don't clean promptly, but overall it's okay.
Nice staff! Pretty fast even though they always seem to have a line. Food is nice and drinks are good. They run out of food alot.
I didn't enter Starbucks. I entered a hospital that has a Starbucks at the entrance.
