Feedback gevenI placed our order as usual. They served chicken tenders and chicken nuggets, which are priced at $10. However, no one ever answers the phone. They often say they will include our items in the next order for pickup, or we can come to get them later. Unfortunately, they arrive after our lunch break is over and sometimes leave extra food. Despite these issues, it remains one of the best places to eat.
The experience was disappointing. The customer service was lacking, and the food was served cold.
I haven't received customer service this good in a long time! Her name is Rose McCoy, and Burger King really needs to recognize her outstanding work. She certainly knows how to keep customers happy!
Service is extremely slow here. Waited in the drive through for 20+ minutes. Not impressed whatsoever
Ordered food going through the drive thru and was told to move foward to get order from the back door as I understood they were backed up. But after waiting and seeing that the line was getting back up because my order wasn't given to me yet, I moved right around to the parking lot side to eleviate the traffic coming through. So I had to call them 5 times just to get some on the phone and tell the issue of what was going on. They simply forgot my order and forgot about me or they gave my order to someone else. But in the end I was able to talk to and get my order and they gave me my refund for waiting 15 mins plus after all this happened. Just know you might want to try at a better time to come thru, as I thought it was a good time to come thru since it was well after lunch time (2:10 pm), now leaving at 2:30 pm to get back to work.
