Mendocino Chocolate Company

Excellent large colorful displays and a variety of high-end chocolates. We bought seven different flavors and all were great, they are a bit expensive. Parking was ok (right on the main street or down a side street), service could be more friendly.

My husband and I visited the smaller shop in Mendocino (they have two locations I know of). Very helpful staff and delicious truffles.

Many good variety and it was quite crowded when we left, so we had to approx. 10-15 minutes before arrival, but the lady so beautiful about it. You have something to sell.

Found this gem today, yummy!!!! I purchased a few items for gifts, but also did the 50/50 box. My husband and I split the pieces and oh my, so good!! Their caramels are to die for! We did have one topped with sea salt and it was a little much for my palate, but my husband loved it. Excellent flavors and the employees were extremely friendly!

Visited this great chocolate shop after completing our bike tour. The selection of chocolate was amazing. So many different types to choose! We have a box of 12, it's not cheap, but almost everyone was super nice. I like the coconut and peanut most, as they were really rich with these ingredients, not just the taste. The same applies to raspberry chocolate, ooh clobular pieces of fruit. You can also get separate individually packed chocolate pieces with the train design and other shapes!
