Feedback gevenDid an online order and when I picked it up they said they were out of half of the toppings, which was fine I guess because I had them at home anyway. However, I had paid extra for bacon (which they did not say they were out of) and when I opened it at home there was no bacon on the sandwich and the italian herbs and cheese bread had no cheese on it. The toppings that they did have, were sparingly put on the sub and there was no cheese on my husband’s sandwich. I don’t even think that either of our subs had been toasted. I have never had this bad of a Subway experience in my life, I will never go here again and would recommend no one else does either.
0/10 Would not recommend. The staff at this Subway display a combination of rudeness, sarcasm, and condescension. The two heavy set women, unfortunately, seem to lack the grace impacting their overall demeanor. May they discover a path to personal growth, professionalism, enlightenment for inner and outer beauty that they need.
There were only three people in line, including myself, and I felt rushed. They toasted the sub but the chicken was still extremely cold. There was chicken in the lettuce container, chicken in the turkey container, the knife they use to cut the sub was also thrown in the lettuce container. I probably should’ve just headed out once I saw this but I was really craving this sandwich. But oh well, hopefully next time it’s better.
They don’t change their gloves in between sandwiches, Had bad attitudes, and this location doesn’t take Apple Pay.
Mad me go to the ATM and get cash after they had already made my sandwich because their card machine went down 2 customers before me and they said nothing. Then they game me the wrong sandwich. No apology and offered no way to fix it.
