Feedback gevenI lost my appetite while waiting in line. The couple in front of me ended up using the self-checkout tablets because they weren't helped. I wasn't greeted either; the two women behind the counter were focused on preparing drinks and didn't acknowledge us at all, which was quite rude. When someone finally came to the register, she just stared at me. I highly recommend improving the customer service. I ended up not ordering any food because the experience was so off-putting. Also, the hours indicate that you're open until 6, so why close at 3? I'm taking off another star for that.
We received the wrong order, and when we requested bread to go with the soup, they forgot to include it. To top it off, the full sandwich we ordered turned out to be a half. We will not be returning; this is the worst Panera I have ever experienced.
This Panera location is impressively clean. The staff here has consistently been helpful, efficient, and friendly, and the food has always been fresh and delicious. I really enjoy the wide selection of teas and coffees, and I appreciate the cleanliness and sanitation of the area. Although Panera can be a bit expensive, I make use of their rewards program, which makes me feel better about the slightly higher prices for the quality and freshness of the menu items. I've been visiting this Panera once a week for the past few months, and I have no complaints. I usually try to go during off-peak hours to ensure I get the best service.
