Mcdonald's - Fort Cavazos

Had to place a complaint with corporate the HHSC for discrimination against an amputee.Also, not only missing a big mack with our order but also found a nugget in the bottom of my 10pc box with a bite out of it!

Food was over cooked sat to long and burned when I order a 15 dollar burger I expect it to me made right mc d over chargers for nasty food disgusting fyi quarter pounder should should be cooked to order not sitting for hours burned also this was through the drive threw

Went and picked up a mobile order for 20 piece nuggets and a basket of fries. The nuggets were terrible and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time and heated back up in the microwave. The fries were cold and soggy as well. Absolutely horrible.

They are busy this morning. Everyone is very busy doing their job. I ordered the Egg Mcmuffin meal. The hash brown was perfect, coffee hot and sandwich good but the bread was almost burnt, char was present. I still enjoyed my breakfast.

Restaurant was filthy. Restrooms were disgusting!! Clogged and overflowing toilet in men 's room. The young lady who took our order was rude. I asked if they had the dinner box we had seen for $12.99. She said, Do you know how much that costs? She rang it up and it came to $23.99. Want anything else? Then she mumbled, Do you want to donate? You don 't have to, nobody ever does. The drink area was trashed. Soda all over the counter and ketchup dried in a pile.The food was hot and fresh but the atmosphere was gross.
