Elevated Sandwiches - Fort Collins

I was recently (3 weeks) and there are no vegan options yet. The menu does not include vegan sandwiches. Please don't waste your travel time here.

Near a Genuine Philly, ChiTown or NYC Italian Deli, I found west of the Mississippi River somewhere on the North American continent. The bread is so moist. The hot pepper on the ChicagoBeefsandwich die. The meat is delicious; tho can be dry, sometimes hit or miss. Tho it is nothing a bit of OliveOil, /or vinegar cannot handle. The day after I had eaten here first, I found myself wearing a WifeBeater to expose my breast hair from the top, w a fake gold chain licked behind the hair. I became a Born-Again-Guido.

This is the best sandwich shop in town. Nobody even compares the quality. I looked at my first bite. You won my weekly rotten Sunday business. I hope you make more locations and bring the sandwich revolution to all peoples. I think a South Florida location near Harmony shopping malls would work well and put quite a lot Subway, Silivermine, and Jimmy Johns from Business Cuz are all sub par food quality.

The woman at the counter is so happy and pleasant, it just makes the whole experience so much better. Also, the cheese steaks chicken and beef are awesome. 100% recommend

Fort Collins has no shortage of good sandwiches. Honestly, with no disrespect to any of the businesses in our community, sandwiches and breakfast are head and shoulders above the rest of the scene in FoCo. With that said, Elevated stands out in the crowded class. No fluff, regionally inspired classics make up the menu in the small cafe. Draft beer and a flatscreen in the corner take this from a pick up window to a sneaky haunt on the north side. Holly was a pleasure. Clean. Quick. Large portions.
