Feedback gevenNo one here can understand simple English every time I go, ask me the same 5 times, they also take sweet time there to get them to eat as soon as they park them.
I went in to order a medium-sized pumpkin coffee. I tried to order on the computer, but after my order the machine informed me not to accept it cards. I told the girl on the switch who worked on Saturday 9/24 at 12:00, and she says, oh yes, I know that she can't put a sign on it? I took my acknowledgement to her, but it printed empty and did not send my order. the girl that 't wore a name tag, said she was aware that it's working, so I ordered and it was $2.15 why is it more on the counter? she said all the coffee was $2.15 I'm like it literally says $1 on the menu. I asked her to look at the computer with me to help me understand. She said no, I'm good. I finally had to ask a manager to help me understand. I am on the spectrum so that the whole situation was extremely regulating. the nice manager declares a coffee is $2. I never asked for a coffee. they have a hired person who is in the worst case about charging customers and possibly putting in the gelde, the company and their employees cost to waste time and money as best as possible. The manager finally composed the coffee.
As always. it is a mcdonald’s and review as expected. because they can order through the app stuff is quite better and fast. and orders are made with less errors near zero. this place is no exception from this good new ana. a less star, because clean here is almost zero. many fly (dead and alive) svery table dirty by the person who used before. I've never seen anyone cleaning the tables here. Perhaps a new policy that they only purify in the morning or something. for me is like a standard now to grab soma paper towels. use a little hand sanitizer and clean my own table.
The one positive I would like to point out is that there was a female hired who was out on her break, I wanted to go out of my car and she took the time to tell me about the parking lot that the lobby was closed. it may seem human, but I have really appreciated this communication. otherwise, this mcdonald’s location (which is 24 hours or very close to it) was not different than most mcdonald’s I was in the early morning hours, i.e. less than enthusiastic, impatiently coworker and busy driving through lines caused significantly longer waiting times. I went to door dash and was told that the worker on the auto-dru speaker should go to the second window to deliver the food and the woman there gave me someone else's job. she seemed surprised, maybe ill prepared or maybe they were short coworkers, not sure, but it wasn't the best experience how she was irritating with me like maybe not telling her coworkers that I would come through the line? I am not sure, but finally she gave me the right order after preparation of other orders in the line, but surprisingly that was eating warm and it was sealed accordingly for me to deliver the customer and they did not complain about eating after I had delivered it, so I assume it was decent. the mcdonalds standorte of college and off elizabeth are much better and they have workers there that really care and eating is always top-notch, so I would go every day over this location!
My receipt says no pickles but my burger says otherwise. Great friendly service. Nice clean restaurant. Good drive thru. Morning crew is steller. We need another location near by. It gets busy during dinner.
