Panera Bread - Fort Collins

UPDATE: DEC 26. STILL loving Panera. My wife and I stopped in for lunch. She had a bowl of chili and I had a cup of 'ten vegetable soup ' and a steak with white cheddar sammy. Everything was just as expected delicious, fresh, healthy and filling. Service was fast and friendly. We dined in. Plenty of available tables. It 's cool when your day out shopping or taking care of business is complemented by a good experience at Panera. Pics attached. What 's not to love about Panera 's rapid curbside pick up? Panera is popular and crazy busy as ever and if you 'd rather skip the walk inside and a possible check out line to pick up your order, rapid pickup is the way to go. Using the app you 'll place your order, select the time that you 'll arrive, add your name and vehicle description, tap 'I 'm here ' and within seconds a team member walks out your order. We had the Greek salad and the Cobb. Comes with complimentary crunchy baguette pieces and in this case, a rewards freebie a cranberry orange muffin. The food quality is second to none.

1st to this location and Petra took our order was so sweet and you can tell she loves her job, we will be back.

I ordered a quick pickup and when I opened the cookie, I ordered it had some dog hair on it. it looked like it fell on the floor or something? I didn't even want to eat the rest of what I ordered after that?

I asked for over easy egg on my sandwich and they just always give over-hard. Lots of times. When I asked staff was confused and didn't know the difference.

I normally LOVE Panera, and I love my local Loveland location. Today we stopped at the Panera in Fort Collins off College. Half of our food was cold. My Flatbread pizza was half cold/soft and the other end was hot and crispy. Not sure how that happened but it did. My smokehouse BBQ sandwich was also cold. The soup was great as always and service was fine. I boxed up my cold dinner and took it home. I can probably warm it up correctly at home. I will not be visiting this location again anytime soon. Disappointing.
