Simmer - Fort Collins

Simmr was excellent! we had our reservation and sat immediately, the waiter was engaging, funny and heard our asking and made suggestions of objects we like. it is a restaurant that we will visit again.

They cooked the eating of my wife perfectly. she is picky with what she eats so it is hard to go to dinner and get what she likes.

Great happy hour and great service! happy hour on a Saturday! recommend!

Always a great meal, changing menu elements and great people!

I wanted to like the restaurant but it was not great. The food appeared precooked and was greasy and globby. Hamburger bun dissolved completely in grease. Noodle dish was way over cooked with too much sauce. A wedge salad was inedible, soggy with water and way too much dressing. The waitress said that no additions could be made to any dish (asked for added hot peppers) because it was already made up and no changes could occur. For the price of these meals, they should be made fresh and these did not taste fresh. One special cocktail we got was very good and one, the pomegranate French 75, was not and was over priced. I will probably give the restaurant another chance as I like that they pay their staff a living wage but the food needs to be much fresher, not over cooked, and not globbed up with substandard, too much sauce.
