Closed 20 minutes early*edit*There isn't really an excuse for being rude. Safety in question or not there is a polite way to let customers know why you are closing early. The employee came out and simply said it's Sunday, so we are closing early and when asked if they were open until 8 she responded yes and then when it was pointed out that it was only 7:40 she shrugged and then shut the door which makes it really hard to believe that she was shaken She could've easily said I'm so sorry, I was instructed by my manager to close early and that would've been fine, no one needs a smoothie that badly but to so casually be like yes we do close at 8 and then close before 8 without so much as an I'm sorry is rude. Also my spouse called the store the next day to voice her concerns and she was not told this same excuse of safety concerns so if that was actually the case you should probably let the rest of your staff know about something unsafe happening if their safety is so important
Today we stopped by this Smoothie King location and I was incredibly impressed and satisfied with our experience. Our server, Emily, was outstanding, friendly, and made sure our smoothies turned out just the way we wanted. The owner, Jennifer, was also present and was a joy to chat with. We will definitely be returning, as the smoothie was delicious.
This restaurant has become a disappointing place to visit due to its current management. In recent years, the service has declined significantly, with rude and unhelpful staff. The quality of the food has also deteriorated, indicating possible difficulties in retaining employees. It is now apparent why this restaurant is struggling.
Only spent $27 dollar on 2 smoothies and they were quite a lot of juice, very very watery and the best had any taste.
