Feedback gevenThe two workers at this location at 1:10pm gave me the BEST service I've ever gotten at a subway, and usually the service I get is just awful. They were attentive and knowledgeable, they were very good at multi tasking talking to me and making my sandwiches and dealing with their various tasks They knocked it out of the park
The Subway company in general to me is three stars, but this particular location is worth four. I used to work in the area and ate lunch there frequently. The employees were really kind, friendly, would ask me how my day/week was going. The ingredients are pretty fresh, and while the location obviously stays busy, I've never ran into a line I couldn't wait in. They usually have fresh-baked cookies and they don't seem to run out of any ingredients.
Honestly, the wait time was bad. But it was Sunday morning, and the woman, who was completely by herself, worked as quickly as she could with a cheerful and apologetic attitude of serving the customers. I would say whoever manages this Subway needs to plan better. However, I am sure COVID has affected number of employees.
As a binder I will never pick up from here again! the team members have erroneously thrown away the online order, which I understand. but the fact that they made me wait another 20 minutes before the ordering period was unacceptable! I wasn't offered while I was waiting. I am in a strict time as a tie-up, and they have not represented their business in the right light.
Woman was rude at first, then couldn't break a $100 I just had and told me I was running after kong soopers to change, 7/4/2022
