I've visited this restaurant several times, and the staff is always so friendly! Today, Grace stood out with her exceptional service. She was working solo but managed to ensure that all our drinks were prepared quickly and efficiently. She really went above and beyond to make our experience special! The staff was exceptional! The coffee was just as good as I remember. They had the proper cups and syrups available. However, we've recently experienced several shortcomings in the Mason City area.

They are frequently busy and could benefit from having another staff member during peak times, but they consistently do their best to process orders quickly and accurately.
