Dunkin' - Fort Edward

I can see why this location has bad reviews. Walked into the lobby today to place an order to sit in and eat. Was the only customer standing in there. Stepped up to the counter and waited, and waited more. Made eye contact with at least 3 employees while waiting. After about 3 minutes of standing at the counter and walking around the lobby, it became apparent they did not care. During the whole time I waited, one of the employees appeared to be complaining to their boss in the back room about people not showing up to work. I wonder why..

Called twice, left ringing, and they hung up twice. Talked to no one. Service: 1

Everytime I come here it's like I'm sitting down at a restaurant and ordering food. Doesn't matter if I go in the store or thru the drive thru. I sit and wait. They do spend more time worrying about the drive thru and making that line shorter than they do the customers that walk in. And of course with America as lazy as it is u will wait forever.
