Feedback
Feedback gevenThey say “every review is a good review”. the owners and the upper management were told by multiple customers and employees that their general manager is terrible at this place, but they refuse to do something about it and allow to keep the behavior while their workers are verbally abused before customers and mall employees. it is also rude for customers and has an evil attitude. not to mention, eating is always cold and evil! the personal was also paid by the general manager to write 5 star reviews that most have changed in a 1 star. the personal deserves it better than the. ridiculous. should be closed.
I’ve worked at the Birchwood Mall for 10+ years. I have truly seen it all. The responses from the owners on these reviews shows how much they do not care and disregard their customers if it is not the feedback they want to hear. They only ever talk about the “thousands of positive feedback” they have received, but they never do anything about the negative reviews people have. They stand by their poor decisions of management choice that clearly shows to customers, myself, and other mall employees. Nothing has been done besides offering free food. This place won’t last long with that mentality and without the willingness to make changes.
Food was cold and nasty. Management treats workers poorly in front of customers. Would never go here again! If you are going to bring Sbarro back at least BRING it back correctly. So disappointed. And to the hard working employees Great Job, you deserve better for what you are making.
This place should’ve stayed closed. Cold, nasty pizza with watery sauce served with HAIR on it!! I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this is unacceptable. Not worth going back to get a new slice.
Asked for a cheese pizza and they forgot to put one in so when I told the worker she gave me a cold one and rolled her eyes at me. Gave it back and asked to warm it up and the food was still gross anyways. Took 30 minutes just to get some nasty pizza and a breadstick that tasted like it was a couple weeks old. The workers name tag said breadstick on it with no name.
