Burger King - Fort Lauderdale

Fast food quality! Inside had a couple assumed homeless patrons sleeping on dining room table, apparent sleeping bag next to our table, book bag hanging on another table. Kinda looked like a homeless refuge. I'm ok with this, but I bet there are many others that are not.

It?s not true that they work 24 hours. I came at 3-50 am first time. They told me wait 30 minutes. I came back after 1 hour (4-50) they told me wait 40 minutes. When I ask why they can?t serve me, they just laughed. They told me we are not ready. This location have horrible service and management. They don?t care about reputation and customer service! Close this restaurant if you can?t work in BK standards. Or change Employees!!!

I ordered a $5.00 meal with the southwest bacon burger, fries, and nuggets at around 2:40am Aug 2,2022??The burger was not a southwestern bacon burger it was soggy and old, the fries were old, cold and stale so were the nuggets?? I was very nice the whole entire time and the lady taking my order was rude and unprofessional. There were three employees laughing at me while I drove away and when checked the food to figure out why they were laughing I realized that the food was horribly prepped and threw out the window frustrated and humiliated after I was very kind to the employees even though the were very rude and unprofessionally disturbing??

Horrible I ordered a sausage sage biscuit and it was hard as a rock. They replaced it well I don?t believe the did because it was just microwaved. So to hot to tell how hard it was till I got homes so hard that the top broke in pieces. Dry and hard HORRIBLE!!!

Worst Experience With Cashier Kaitlyn She Has Zero Customer Service Skills ToBe Working At The Establishment??She Need A Lot Of Training She Is Not Friendly And Welcoming Her Attitude Is Very Stink?. Kaithlyn Providing Incorrect Cup Size? And She Do Not Know How To Check Train Her Plzzzzzzzzz??.
