I had a wonderful dining experience with great food at an excellent price. I visited on August 4 and 5, 2011, when the restaurant is open only on Thursdays and Fridays. They offered a set menu featuring a selection of four appetizers, four entrees, and four desserts, all for around $19 (plus tax and tip). The wine by the glass was an additional cost but still very affordable. The dishes were prepared by aspiring chefs who showcased what they learned that week. The cozy restaurant is situated between two large glass kitchens, creating an engaging atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp cocktail and red snapper; both were delightful. The French toast dessert was truly spectacular—it consisted of slightly boiled, freshly sliced peaches topped with a glazed maple syrup sauce, a peach garnish, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Fort Lauderdale!

This art institute student dining room is such a bargain and you are not likely to be disappointed, not only the quality of food, but the extraordinary service.. The Culinary Staff teachings are among the best... I spent the week with them.

Dishes seemed to be somewhat smaller in the crowd than before, but the taste is still there, even if the desserts tend to errate on the sweet side. The student staff is friendly and accommodating and always great to chat.

Chef's Palette offers 3 courses for a very fair price and is produced by the international culinary school students. There are plenty of options on the menu to choose from. I enjoyed roasted pork belly, a very delicious red snapper, and a chocolate torte w/ cappuccino ice cream. All of the dishes were sublime. I would definitely recommend anybody to get a reservation and check this little gem out.
