Church's Texas Chicken

Horrible service the didn't know what she was doing at the window .we asked her what is the price of just tenders she stated she doesn't know , she don'have the menu in front of her WHAT ? Then she tells us pull up the window just to tell ur whole order wasdeleted and she has to talk out order again . Quick to take the for mpayment then hand us our food that was missing items smh westill had to wait out front I just walked in and got my food and the still didn't give my pregnant daughter her drink horribleservice NEVER AGAIN DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

After waiting nearly 15 minutes in the slowest drive thru in south Florida (others drove off after ordering because it was so long), we get to the window where they said they didn't even take our order down, and they are out of tenders and the side wewanted. Basically out of the whole meal. I had a meeting to get to and needed something quick. Thanks for wasting my time, Iwill never be back. Also it's gross to allow your drive thru employee to open mouth chew gum over all the condiments and drinks.disgusting. This place desperately needs new management.

On November 6, 2022 about 3:40pm I went through the drive thru and was immediately met by an angry voice over the intercom. I said what I wanted tenders combo) she said ok then I hear 2 voices saying something over the intercom but nothing clear, Iorder again and Andrea) says I told u we don't have tenders, I said ok give me a 3 PC combo she says the total and says pullforward, I say I'm not done I want sides and asks if the combo comes with sides, she responds in the rudest manner and refusedto answer any inquiries about the menu, I say thank u and pull out the drive thru park and go to the door to aquire her name andstore location number they refuse to give me the information I asked for but a employee that was sitting in a car in the parkinglot gave me her name Andrea) not sure if it's her real name, but the point is, the customer service is beyond rude and ignorantand I can't say it was all but the tall light skinned female whom names is Andrea is the poorest example of leadership,representation, customer service I have ever seen in a business that should be keen on customer service. I can only imagine howshe handle the care of the food people have to consume

Dont put that you open at 10am when it?s 10:30am and there?s no one assisting the customers in the drive thru!! Wasting peoples time, pathetic. i saw someone inside as i pulled up and they went to hide in the back.. dont work there if you dont want toactually work.

Doors locked at 7:40pm associate laughed pointed to drive thru! Don't spend money here!!!!!!!
