I went here this morning, forgot to order my donut, so i asked the girl to please add it. She said “ sorry we cnt add anything at the window…. We are timed” well if they were timed, adding a donut would have been the easiest add on for timing… she just didnt wanna do it. Sucks cuz i was planning to order from them to cater my company mid year meeting. They must not need the rev. Yeah today was just a $1 donut. Tomorrow a better deal, but no customer service. I didnt even have a car behind me …
I visited this place this morning and forgot to order my donut, so I asked the girl at the window if she could please add it to my order. She replied, "Sorry, we can't add anything at the window... We're timed." However, if they were really on a strict timeline, adding a single donut would have been the easiest thing to do. It felt like she just didn't want to help. It’s disappointing because I was considering using them for catering at my company’s mid-year meeting, but it seems like they don't really need the business. Sure, today I only wanted a $1 donut, but I found a better deal for tomorrow, even if the customer service was lacking. There wasn’t even a car behind me in line!
