I've been to La Corte several times and have tried a variety of dishes, and I highly recommend it. They offer breakfast and lunch, and their daily lunch specials are affordable, fresh, and delicious. The food was delicious, and the specials were fantastic! I ordered the grilled fish with yellow rice and tostones. The fish was cooked to perfection, and both the rice and tostones made excellent sides.

What I love most about this restaurant is that the new ownership ensures everything is done with passion and care. I dine here at least two to three times a week, and I have tried many items from their current menu. So far, I have never been disappointed with any dish I've enjoyed, whether it's something I’ve had recently or in the past. The restaurant offers a variety of large, healthy salads for those who don't typically eat meat.
