Las Olas Grill - Fort Lauderdale

Service is important, but unfortunately, it was extremely lacking at this restaurant. You can ask for anything, but don't expect to receive it promptly—or even at all. The fewer customers there are, the worse the service seems to get. After finishing our coffees and waiting an additional half hour for dessert, the owner's dismissive attitude only made the situation worse and left us uninterested in dessert altogether. The bar staff were only somewhat efficient, which added to the disappointment.

Have enjoyed this restaurant on Las Olas several times and have never been disappointed! I recommend it to all of my friends.

It is a shame that the good food was spoiled by the worst service I have ever experienced. Shamefully slow, inattentive and perhaps even worse the server was rude when told. STAY AWAY.

Sat outside, lovely area. Good food, great service. There is no 19% charge since new owner is there. Went back three times in two months. Highly recommend. Romantic atmosphere.

I dine out at least twice a week, and I was shocked to find the Filet Mignon, priced at $38, was only about 4-5 ounces, hidden beneath a pile of shredded broccoli that masked the stems on the plate. When I inquired with the waiter about the size of the filet and its price, the manager came over to explain why it was so small—just a lot of fluff, really. In the end, he promised a discount on the price. My girlfriend and I exchanged glances and silently agreed we would only visit this restaurant once in our lifetimes. As for the gnocchis, I hate to say it, but they were better at Walmart. Despite the disappointing experience, we tried to be nice and left a generous tip for the overly attentive waiter. And then came the icing on the cake: my bill was charged twice on my account, once including the tip and once without. So, cheers to Italy at Rino's Tuscan Grill... but in my opinion, it’s a definite no-go.
