Mcdonald's - Fort Lauderdale

I really dislike when I walk into a McDonald's and find that the only way to get service is by using the app or the kiosk. If you're not paying attention, they often don't even try to bring you your food because they're too busy fulfilling DoorDash, Uber Eats, and drive-thru orders.

I placed an online order, and when I arrived, the staff informed me that they were out of sweet tea. However, one of the employees went above and beyond and made some fresh sweet tea for me right before closing time. I truly appreciate their effort in turning my challenging day into a better one. Thank you so much, my sweet tea angel!

I was Doordashing and tried to get an order for my customer. They locked the doors and claimed they were closed but let another customer in who wasn?t even Doordashing. When I pointed out the unfairness the manager flicked me off and threatened to call thepolice on me and told she didn?t care that she was being unfair. Please avoid this location!!!

The morning manager provided excellent service, the place was clean, and I truly enjoyed my breakfast.

Dont go here...I order a iced coffee and iced latte...they taste anything but coffee...terrible..came back inside, they made a new one exactly the same..my coffe is in their garbage can..cant drink that
