Mellow Mushroom Fort Lauderdale

They were very rude at the front desk and did not honor our reservation. They said OpenTable does not work for them. I would not go there again. Looks like a place for kids.

Made a reservation on open table which apparently they are no longer apart of. The girl said we would be priority seating since we tried to make a reservation. Well that wasn't true. They still took everyone infront of us and told another large party who came in after us who booked on open table they would be next. The manager also brought them pizza to eat while they waited.  At that point it made my fiance and my friend and I feel like our reservation didn't matter and the manager didn't try to accommodate us. So I go back in to say something you can tell the poor hostess was frustrated and she finally just had someone seat us. After getting through that everything else was pretty good. TIP to managers if your going to accommodate one, accommodate all with the same issue, you make others feel out of place..

After learning about the Mellow Mushroom on Open Table I made a reservation immediately. However, when we got there they said we don't take reservations! Fortunately, it was 6:45 pm and we were able to get a table without a problem. I would have not know about this restaurant's opening if it weren't for Open Table.

The absolute worst. I've visited this location times...and the was a strike out and was definitely my last. It is close to my office, and I think they have potential, but all visits my order was completely messed up. The and final time, I went for lunch, had to wait for minutes for my incorrect meal to come, then was offered oh, let us make you something else. No, I have to get back to the office. Don't waste you time or money. Many more better choices. I look forward to this place closing so something better will occupy the spot
