Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I generally enjoy Popeyes and appreciate the location in North Miami, but this particular restaurant needs serious improvement. Fast food should prioritize convenience, yet returning multiple times just to get what I paid for is frustrating. It's baffling that they twice ran out of ketchup. I urge someone in authority to step in and address these issues; it's disheartening to live in a city where such poor work ethic is tolerated. They need to treat food preparation with the seriousness it deserves.

It's concerning to see someone like Joseph in a customer service role, as his attitude not only impacts individual experiences but can also damage the reputation of the franchise. It’s unfortunate that some people end up in jobs they dislike and take it out on customers, leading to negative experiences that prompt reviews like this one. For management's reference, Joseph is a Black male, with long dreadlocks, thin build, and about 5'6" to 5'7" tall.

Today, my experience at Popeyes was fantastic! Everything was fresh and hot. Oh my gosh, I haven't had such delicious chicken in a long time. They absolutely deserve my 5-star rating. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

Good huh, but really slow service. 3. in line in the drive thru and took easily 15 minutes to get food.

Drive thru very quick and efficient service. It's Popeye's.... great chicken and what else can you say.
