Sublime - Fort Lauderdale

Date Visited: Thursday 4/30/09 (Dinner) I don’t remember the last time I had so much food at one meal. This vegan delight in Ft. Lauderdale is a treasure. I had the pleasure of going here with my girlfriend, her father and stepmom. Her father is not even close to vegetarian and I don’t think he’s even been in a vegetarian restaurant. She was worried about what he’d think of the food. I knew we were in the right place when I saw the garden on the roof. They apparently grow their own herbs and some veggies for cooking. If you have a chance to go to Sublime, go!! The restaurant is beautiful. The staff is nice. The food is yummy. Best of all – 100% of Sublime’s profits go to organizations that promote animal welfare and a vegan lifestyle. You can’t go wrong!
