In my opinion, Publix offers a superior deli compared to Subway, although Subway is certainly faster.
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. I ordered the veggie deluxe, and the staff were very attentive, even changing their gloves since I’m a strict vegetarian. After finishing my meal, I went outside and discovered that a large gas truck was blocking my car, making it impossible for me to leave. I returned inside and spoke to Laquisha, one of the employees, who kindly came out to assist me. She patiently guided me for about 10 minutes through the tight parking lot, ensuring that I wouldn’t hit my car. She truly saved the day, and thanks to her help, I was able to make it to my meeting on time.
I ordered a sub, and the young lady who prepared it was quite careless. The sandwich looked very messy and unappetizing. It was disappointing.
I usually prefer not to leave negative reviews, but after several visits to this restaurant, I've decided that today will be my last. The staff has been consistently rude. During my most recent visit, the person who made my sandwich used poor-quality meat. I looked at him, hoping it was a joke, and as I was about to say something, someone else chimed in. Additionally, they never honor any promotions at this location. This is by far the most expensive Subway I've ever been to. If you're going to charge so much, at least serve quality meat. I paid $10 for a tuna sandwich, when I could easily get one at Publix or Wawa for $7. The owner could really benefit from improving their people skills. Offering customers subpar meat is a deal-breaker for me. I won't be returning. I gave it 2 stars simply because the dining area was clean.
