TGI FRIDAYS - Davie - Fort Lauderdale

On a Tuesday night there was hardly anyone. I have a speck cheeseburger one around and koks and some ridden before our movie in cinema.

The food was delicious, but the service was terrible.

The restaurant was almost empty, but it took about 40 minutes for our food to be served. The waitress was not attentive, and when we asked about our food, she simply said that the kitchen was slow today without offering an apology. The burger was good, but the ribs were not tender and did not fall off the bone. The prices were reasonable, but the food was nothing special.

We called in the morning to make a reservation for 7 o'clock. We arrived promptly at 7, but waited for about 7 minutes at the entrance as no one was there. Eventually, the host came out and informed us that despite our reservation, there was a 30 to 45 minute wait. The restaurant was only half full, and in my opinion, they should have more staff on weekends to provide better service. The host could also be more polite. We ended up leaving without eating because we had movie tickets for 8:30 p.m. and needed to make it back in time. It was inconvenient and there were no excuses for the lack of attentiveness.

Server was nice, but eating lasted over 1 hour to arrive. we were waiting a party from 3rd to 1 hour, my husband came to eat, then my cousin and I had to wait more than 10 additional minutes for our eating. my man ordered slider, who were mostly burned, but since we were starving for so long wait and we were somehow late for a movie we had booked, we ate it and left. Since the last time I've eaten in this restaurant, now I know why.
