The pasta fasule looked like smokey brown vegetable soup, with pasta that nobody could find. My friend’s antipasto was big chunks of what looked to be like bologney, but it was actually low grade fatty salamy.
My partner and I have dined at Vincent many times and have never been disappointed. You'll be greeted by Vincent at the door and you'll enjoy a terrific meal. The fish is always very fresh and the veal is prepared well and my favorite! A nice selection of wine at excellent prices. Give it a try!
I stumbled across Vincent 's by googling Ft. Lauderdale restaurants and saw that it was well reviewed. I travel extensively and am always looking for that really good local restaurant. Vincent 's is the real deal. Unassuming and relaxing, it was a treat for a business traveler. The food was expertly prepared. My main course (pan seared mahi-mahi) was almost overshadowed by the accompanying creamy polenta (highly recommended) and sautéed broccoli. The wait staff was personable and accommodating. I asked for several variations on menu items that were addressed without hesitation. After dozens of so-so meals in the Ft Lauderdale area, it was my good fortune to find Vincent 's. It will be yours too.
Since Vincent opened last summer, it quickly became our favorite restaurant. I've tried nearly every dish on the menu, and they haven't missed yet. My favorite fish dish is the grouper Francaise, and favorite pizza is the Vincent works. The atmosphere is just as wonderful as the food. A cozy restaurant with great food and a warm staff does it all for me! Try it once, and you'll be a regular fast.
We have been to 'Vincent! ' probably 8 times and I must tell you it is well worth the visit. You are greeted by Patti, the GM and she instantly makes you feel right at home. Dress casual as no airs here. The food is terrific, try the brucetta or the mussels for a starter, the salads are very fresh, the veal is very good. Great wine list with very modest prices, a must try! As they say in England: ;Great value for money! ;
