Vito's Gourmet Pizza - Fort Lauderdale

The pizza is good, nothing special. It's a little pricey for the quality, on my opinion. The fried ravioli takes the best award! Is very tasty and never had that before. Attention is good, waiting time a little to much for pizza, (Saturday night 10:30 around 30 min). Loaded fries were good.

The slice I had was pretty good although I'm pretty sure it was cooked several hours before as it lacked the freshness and the cheese had lost its moisture. If you like NY style pizza this is the best place for it in the area for sure. Would try a fresher pie next time to give a better review.

I was really impressed with this place! Although I live an hour away, I was in the area for a conference and decided to try the pizza. It was so good that I made sure to return on the second day of the conference! The pizza was extremely tasty and of high quality. I’ll definitely come back whenever I have the chance. Thank you!

I also ordered a lasagna dinner late at night, around 2:00 AM. The salad that came with it was terrible, but the lasagna was excellent, and the rolls were just okay. I get that it was late, but if you're offering delivery at that hour, it shouldn’t excuse subpar quality. Overall, I’m giving this experience 3 stars.

I had a terrible experience with customer service! I ordered a 12-inch thin and crispy crust pizza with two toppings, which totaled $24.76 including delivery. When the pizza arrived, the crust was damaged and looked like it had been dropped. I called Slice to address the issue, but I couldn't speak to a manager. They promised to get back to me regarding a refund or replacement, but there was no follow-up. I was told that accidents happen and they apologized, but there was no offer to rectify the situation or make me feel valued as a customer. I will never order from Vito’s Gourmet Pizza again.
