Prost Bar Restaurant - Fort Lee

I booked this restaurant for one of my close friends’ birthday dinner. When we arrived, I was so picky about seating and they didn’t give me a heard time. We ended up at the bar, which was fine because the umbrella lighting was beautiful! Andy was our bartender/host and he was amazing! He was so attentive, let us know what was popular and super fun. I want to thank him for being patient and friendly. I would definitely recommend 10/10.

The food and experience was amazing. Planned a visit for my Boyfriend's birthday and he was also pleased with Ventanas. I would suggest definitely making a reservation as they are busy especially on the weekends. Service was also great. I look forward to visiting again when it's warmer out to enjoy their outdoor space.

I had a wonderful birthday celebration at this restaurant. The ambiance is just perfect, with beautiful decor throughout. The chef really did an amazing job; the food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We experienced top-notch service from both the waiter and the manager. I can't wait to come back! My only minor complaint was in the restroom, where it was almost impossible to wash my hands due to the crowd of people taking selfies. But honestly, I can't blame them—there are so many great photo opportunities, as everything is stunning from the moment you step inside.

The restaurant was absolutely amazing! The decor and service were superb. However, I was disappointed with my tequila flight and the fact that the waiter discarded two of our dishes, despite us clearly indicating multiple times that they were for takeout. A manager came over and informed us that they would replace our food with smaller portions of what we had ordered. Unfortunately, he didn’t mention that the quality of the replacement food would be inferior. I tasted it as soon as it arrived, and it was noticeably different and quite unappetizing. We spent $740 and received below-average service. Understanding that "to-go" orders are a basic expectation in the food industry should be standard practice.

My husband took me out to celebrate my birthday, and I have to say, this is one of the nicest restaurants I've ever been to. The food was incredible, the music was just right, and the ambiance was exactly what we were looking for. I absolutely loved it. Jose, the manager, enhanced our experience with his kindness; he truly exemplifies how one person can make a difference. We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to all our friends. Our waiter, Frankie, was also fantastic!
