Burger King - Fort Lewis

Updated review after about one year of testing only fast food place kids like that's close massive difference between morning and night. Morning is terrible, foods always cold. Wrong orders, the black gay male that works window in morning lunch is absurdly rude to employees constantly cussing at them under his breathe etc in front of me assuming other customers too Night shift though. Consistently hot food, polite, welcoming. They were dead no customers all talking, soon as I went to the counter I got immediate help. Overall just surprising that the food is consistently hot coming at night usually 4 to 6 pm only other place that is always consistent like that Is jack in the box.

I just cannot even begin to describe how terrible the service is here. The attitude from the workers is so bad. The person taking order in the drive through has the attitude that anything that is ordered is a personal burden on their life.

Horrible customer service!!! We stayed in line for 10 minutes and right before trying to order the menu changed to lunch. We were denied breakfast for my little boy after waiting in line for so long. Horrible, horrible service right before Christmas!

Today is the third time that we have not been given half of our food smh. This is the worst Burger King in the area.

Please adjust hours went before 8pm (7.15pm)on Saturday and was not open Food and service are great tho
