Starbucks - Fort Lewis

I love sipping my iced coffee every morning before heading back for a refill.

I absolutely love getting my hot chocolate from this place! The brownies are amazing too!

Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The staff was not friendly or polite, and at 1 o'clock, we felt rushed to leave, with no smiles or kind gestures. Instead, we were met with glares. Overall, there was a notable lack of customer service.

I was charged for a splash of breve and there were coffee grounds in my espresso. Also my frappaccino was really runny. So disappointed with my drink.

Fantastic! The drinks are incredible, and if you happen to receive the wrong one or aren't satisfied, they’ll gladly make you a new one! The staff is always eager to assist in helping you choose and provide information if you need it. You always leave with a smile after checking out and with the best drink from the shop. Even when it’s busy and there are long lines, they handle the stress with patience and understanding, doing their best to accommodate all customers. It’s almost always bustling since it’s located in a building with lots of foot traffic, and they close after the offices, but that's not their fault. I highly recommend it!
