Burger King - Fort Madison

Dirty inside and whopper was so salty I couldn't eat it. Called and no offer to replace. I guess they put a seasoning on hamburger.

Worse food ever. Sandwiches were cold, fries sat on tray forever. No ice in pop machine. Then went to refill drink and was told it was not working. Place was filthy. Had to wipe own table off. Trash on floor. Told a worker about food and all he said was. What . One person trying to take orders and get food. Would not recommend eating here. Was definitely not worth 35.00

The food was all but inedible. It was cold, and disgusting. The wait time was longer than it would have taken to make the food that I ordered twice over. Generally speaking, I truly enjoy Burger King. It's one of my favorite go to fast food restaurants. This is the second time in a row I've gotten inedible food and slow service from the Fort Madison, Iowa store. I will not be patronizing this particular Burger King location in the future.

Over lunch hour today I was in line at the drive-thru for minimum of 30 minutes and at no point could I just drive out of the line because the road is not wide enough..I got to the pay window and the lady had no idea what I had ordered I try to give her my order again.. A woman came from the said rudely that yes it's at the window she knows about the order...I got up there to pick up my food my fanta slushy was completely melted my husband's bacon sandwich had no cheese it was supposed to be a large meal he got a small onion ring the sandwich was cold he was supposed to have a coke ended up with lemonade he was supposed to have a 4 piece mozzarella stick there was none my Whopper jr was cold with no cheese instead of the onion rings I ordered I got soggy french fries and they charged me 20 plus dollars for the meal.. i have never been more dissatisfied with a restaurant ever!! Ended up being 20 minutes late back to work try to call the business or just a customer service number to let them know about my experience and to find out why they charged so much on my card and you can't get anybody to answer anywhere..

I did a mobile order and when I gotten to the window my food wasn’t ready. When I received my food my both of my sandwiches was cold. The lettuce on both of my sandwiches was brown and old. One sandwich didn’t not receive the bacon I paid for. The other sandwich had pickles on it when I didn’t ask for them and they forgot to add ketchup. They fries was very salty I couldn’t enjoy them.
